Skafferiet Gudhjem Mølle At Møllebakken in Gudhjem you have the possibility to visit the "Skafferiet Gudhjem Mill". The recently equipped premises now appears as a shop, a café and a show room where more than 126 different Bornholm products are being sold and presented. Skafferiet is open daily during the season and acts as a kind of tourist information office of all the local Bornholm produces,  where both tourists and locals can get information about the products and help to find those articles, which are not sold at Skafferiet. In the off season Skafferiet is open for evening events as for example lectures, cooking schools etc. Facts: Gudhjem Mølle is the largest windmill of Denmark. 2005 the local insurance company Bornholms Brand bought the mill and an extensive renovation started.
